Valentines SNT update

Last week, officers from  Valentines and Newbury Safer Neighbourhood Teams came together for a joint engagement at Newbury Station underpass on the A12.
We spoke with a number of women in the area, handing out leaflets on Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) and crime prevention, sharing key safety advice and local support information.
It was a really positive outing ,great conversations, good interaction, and a warm response from the community. Events like this are an important part of building trust and keeping our streets safer for women and girls.
